Terms & Conditions

Party Pointe reserves the right to refuse any and all event rental services at any time

❖ All Party Pointe rental items and services require a 50% non- refundable deposit for reservation. Your order will not be considered ‘reserved’ until a deposit and signed contract are received by Party Pointe.

❖ There are NO REFUNDS for canceled reservations. Final payment is due no less than three (3) days before the event date.

❖ All Party Pointe rental items will be transported by Party Pointe staff only.

❖ One event change date change is allowed within one calendar year. If you cancel your entire reservation you will forfeit your initial reservation fee.

❖ Two (2) weeks notice is required for any event date change.

❖ Party Pointe event rental items must be returned in their original condition at time of delivery.

❖ All deliveries are made to the ground/1st floor loading area only. Deliveries to alternate floors will incur a surcharge at booking.
 

❖ All Party Pointe rental items must be returned by contracted hours.

❖By making payment, clients agree to abide by all the conditions, rules and regulations printed on the rental agreement.
